I’m Emma, a Stockholm-based yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, space holder, and holistic-health entrepreneur.
Before a wake-up call at 31, I led creative work for global brands like Nike, Candy Crush, and PayPal until burnout and an alarming doctor’s visit showed me that my “normal” - wasn’t healthy. So I left the corporate grind and began building a slower, more sustainable life rooted in wellbeing and creativity.
Today, my passion is to help others reconnect, release, and discover the kind of lasting vitality that makes life feel rich and meaningful!
Through Hedö Holistics, I create spaces for transformation — from grounding yoga flows and heart-opening cacao ceremonies to immersive retreats, workshops, and digital offerings. Alongside my community work, I also collaborate with brands as a content creator, blending wellness storytelling with over a decade of creative experience.
